Artistic Quality
-There are a good variety of photos (up to twenty total) in the photo essay, illustrating that their selection was a discriminating process
-HTML pages on which the photos are mounted have a reasonable aesthetic in terms of color/font selection

-Portal page is not completely absent of creativity...in addition to navigation icons or text there is some sort of banner graphic and greeting

Conceptual Quality

-Photos show good use of cropping in instances where there is a single subject
-Photos are a reasonable size (there is no need for the user to resize the browser window)

-Photos have sufficient and unique text description

In addition to your Artist's Statement, this assignment has one deliverable... the URL of the first page (portal) to your photo essay. This URL must be submitted through email by the assignment's due date.
