[slis] Room available for commuting students

One of our grads living in Iowa City is offering to rent a room in her home
on a long-term or short-term basis. If you are interested, please contact
her directly at MSimmons@cornell-iowa.edu. Here is her message:

My husband Bob and I are considering renting out a room in our house, and I
thought that we would see if you knew of any library student in need of a
place to live near campus (1 1/2 miles from campus in University Heights).
We would consider having someone live with us full-time, but we might
prefer having someone who lives elsewhere and just comes to town
on certain days for classes, and therefore would stay with us less
than full-time. We would be interested in a non-smoking, non-partying
person who would have his/her own room but share the rest of the house with
us. We are open to having either a male or a female. We were thinking we
would charge $15 for one night a week, $25 for two, $35 for three, $40 for
four.  If you want to publicize this on the SLIS list that would be fine;
otherwise, if you want just to mention it to individuals you think might be
interested, that would be fine as well. Thanks!
