[slis] printing and toner for tech lab printer

To all tech lab users:

We are going through toner cartridges more quickly than in the past.
The general expense budget (which currently picks up the tab for tech lab 
toner cartridges)
has been reduced due to the Iowa's budget woes.

Please do not print copies that are not necessary and please keep graphic 
printing to a bare minimum.

Conservation will help ensure that we have funds for printing in Spring 2002.
